TICAS applauds the efforts of DOD to create a centralized student complaint system. This information is critical to help protect both servicemembers and their families, and taxpayers from waste, fraud and abuse. The DoD should ensure that its complaints handling system is compatible with those used by other agencies. Additionally, the complaint data should be publically and promptly available.
