Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons

As Property Manager of a 811 PRAC Property and HUD Qualified Assisted Housing Project, we would like to see our community be eligible for the proposed Weatherization Assistance Program. With limited funding available for improvements our annual verification procedures for resident incomes in assisted housing should make us more than eligible for the program.
