Yardena Mansoor, I support the DOE Water Program at the Golden Field office in Colorado. It would be helpful to create a NEPA CX that is aligned with The Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit #5 (NWP 5 - Scientific Measurement Devices). Two wave energy conversion device Developers have deployed under this permit for testing and measurement purposes. In addition, it could be worth looking into NWP 17 - Hydropower Projects, as this may have some applicability. Thanks, Jeff Rieks 720 356 1295
