Comment on FR Doc # 2010-05283

Remains (as well as funerary objects) should be returned to tribes for re-burial. This is only the human, right thing to do. There are laws against stealing that were broken. These laws are both governmental and biblical. I applaud the government in its efforts to make right the wrongs that were committed by generations in the past. While scientists today feel that there is much to be learned from the remains of ancestors...I submit that they can learn just as much by examining the remains of their own ancestors, if learning is really what they have in mind.
