I am totally abainst this rule aqnd believe it to violate our constitution. If the remains are "unidentifiable", how then do you know they are native american? Rules like these impede scientific discovery and the furthering of knowledge. Why only one race? What about revolutionary war soldiers, civil war soldiers, and people of other cultures? This rule is raciest! John E. Berggren 389 Sunlite Drive Hobart, WI 54155
