I have read and understand the bill. The language is in typical legal fashion, sometimes confusing. I attended the WTC Health Registry forum which explained the bill. My concern. Out of state volunteer(not on official orders from Boston Police). Having worked from day 3 to close of all operations(Freshkill/GZ) and now undergoing treatment. WTC Health Registry is excellent. Possible medical retirement imminent by July 2012. What rights do I have? Am I eligible to file?. I see no language addressing outside New York State volunteers.
