Dear Ms. Birnbaum, I feel I have something important to say and note. I am a WTC 9-11 initial responder. I need to tell you that it is VERY DIFFERENT FOR WOMEN. (We weren't there!) An NPR program on the VA's reconsideration of "Military Sexual Trauma" in female vets with PTSD literally saved my life. If you care to discuss this, you 1) would be the first to do so, and 2) might find that what I have to say would blow your mind. Cheers.
