It is time for public entities providing recreation as well as governmental recreational facilities to come into the 21st century and provide reasonable accommodations to people with disabilties. With an increasing percentage of our nation's population having at least one disability (and that includes our returning Wounded Warriors) it makes good business sense for these organizatons to increase their customer base by providing services in way that people with disabilities can utilize them. People with disabilities want to enjoy the arts and recreation including parks and golf courses, football and baseball stadiums, and arenas of all sorts. People with disabilties can enjoy certain sports including golf if the proper equipment is provided. It is time to stop shutting out and entire population. This rule needs to pass and be implemented.
