Dear Department of Justice, I have been notified that there is a proposal to open the Appalachian Trail to motorized vehicles. While this is a great idea if it allows persons with a handicap to enjoy the outdoors, it is a TERRIBLE idea if it allows ATV's and motorcycles on the trail as well. Please see to it that this great idea does not open us up for abuse. I'm sure this was not your intention. Looking forward to enjoying the great American outdoors with minimal motorized invasion.
