As a deaf individual who has grown up having to learn more than just asl, i.e reading lips, facial expressions, etc. I think it would be time for the Government to make it regulatory to have Closed Captioning devices ready for any hearing impaired individual in ALL movie theaters across the US. There is SO much in the way of technological advancement, and this is an instance that would serve the people who need its placement in their world - which by other means is expanding daily. Movies, Cinema, matinée - Theater. Artistic expression is such a rooted expression in the human condition, yet one not fully actualized by the deaf when it comes to Cinematic showing. I am requesting that Nondiscrimination on the basis of disability be barred from our nations movie theaters through the placement of Movie captioning devices. Respectfully Submitted, MJ Deane
