When it comes to equipment, I often think of telephones, and in particular office multi-plex PBX type phones and phone systems. Very often these telephones are not accessible to the hard of hearing person. When designing telephone equipment, it is imperative that these devices include a component that will amplify AND clarify sound for the hard of hearing person while being compatible with the person's hearing aid, cochlear implant, or Baha device. Thank you.
