In consideration of Equipment & Furniture possible rule changes, I believe that Mental/Emotional disabilites should be treated as important as any physical disability. If a person's disability is limited by cognitive function then the disabled person may be subject to humiliation for not "looking disabled." If a person is disabled & has encounters with any law enforcement agency, such agency should be able to communicate to paramedics or other emergency personnel about special equipment that may be required for the disabled person. Public entities should not subject a disabled person to any furniture or equipment that in use for non-disabled perons could create physical or mental distress upon a disabled person. Furniture & Equipment should be available for disabled persons whose weight may be excessive, without being subject to huiliation.
