Department of Justice, I urge you to support the 180 day extension of the deadline. Additional time is required to clear up the significant confusion currently in the marketplace (e.g. portable vs. stationary lifts). This extension would give pool owners and operators needed time to evaluate and comply with the accessibility rules. In addition, could you help me understand why two points of entry are needed?
