Completion of the proposed NDR form will require substantially more time
and expense for the Chapter 7 Trustee. This, along with the added burdens
imposed by BAPCPA with no according increase in fees will drive many
good trustees out of business. IF this information is required to be
captured, the same data is available to the EOUST who could have a clerk
capture it, at government expense (not at the expense of the panel trustee),
when the NDR is filed.
