National Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Prison Rape

The final rule will do little to prevent or reduce rape especially in prisons administered by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. This BOP is by far one of the most corrupt federal agencies there are... I spent years in BOP custody and watched female staff prostitute themselves to inmates... sell drugs.... and assault inmates. The BOP needs to get a grip on the internal corruption occuring at prisons like USP Lompoc and FMC Rochester before it can begin to fight prison rape.
