The Federal Marshal Service adheres to the Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-25, and according to the circular federal agencies should charge the market price for special benefit services. The service fees had last been evaluated and revised in 2008. The service fees were evaluated again in 2012 and it was determined that the market price has gone up. It is logical to think the market price has increased in four years, and in my opinion the $10.00 increase in service fees is reasonable and the rule should be revised.
