public comment on federal register of 6/20/07 vol 72 #118 pg 33932 state dept 22 cfr part 171 public notice 5835 rin 1400-ac25 fees charged for foia info attention margaret p grafeld the hourly salary fees should also include pensions, benefits, vacation costs and all of the other benefits that these workers get and not just a basic cost. the taxpayers are paying extremely high costs for workers at state. when a foia comes in, the costs should be fully covered when the request is from a us citizen. when the request is from a legal or illegal immigrant, the costs and fees for foia information should be tripled. the freeloading immigrants that come here are driving american taxpayers into bankruptcy. we are overwhelmed with all of these immigrants and american labor is being forced into bankruptcy with high taxes to pay for the freebies these immigrants get. b. sachau 15 elm swt florham park nj 07932
