The revised proposed rule of June 5, 2007 is a significant improvement over the previously proposed April 7, 2007 rule and addressed the three areas of concern that I initially had regarding internship program: 1) how sponsors would qualify for participation in the program 2) how students who have completed all degree requirements but for a required internship would be allowed to participate and 3) the problematic nature of in-person interviews in the intern's home country. Thank you for addressing these areas of concern with this new propsed rule.
