regarding on-site visits by the Agency. Alternatively, Sponsors should be able to allow online access to Sponsor's system for remote access by the Agency to view any and all records on demand. This could be done in lieu of the Agency being required to make on-site visits at the sponsor's expense. If the intent is to simply to audit records of the Sponsors, this provides a cost effective alternative.
