this is not l950 anymore. there is a reprsentative community in the united states from every other nation on earth. we dont need to send our kids anywhere to see how they live. they are all living here in america with the wide openimmigration program that our traitorous govt has enabled. this is overspending for american taxpayers and unnecessary completely since those people you are ostensibly sending our kids to see are right here now. this program has outlived its intent and usefulness. this program is more than 50 years old and needs shutdown. it needs sunset, but programs never get sunset in america. this is unnecessary wasteful spending in the america of 2009. people in america dont have food to eat, homes to live in or medical care. and you are spending on fripperies like this. get a grip on real life please. the state ddept is so insulated financialy none of them are even aware what is going on in everyday america
