Comment on DOS-2010-0035-DRAFT-0005

All of a sudden all these cost increases by the government wonder why. Well I have a problem with increasing cost on certain document, I will give you an example last year I applied for a passport and one of the requirements was that I had to send my Birth Certificate Abroad of US Parent that was not a problem, the problem was the government lost my birth certificate while issuing me a passport. Final outcome was the government lost the document and I had to pay for a replacement which I did unwantedly and now you want another increase in fees so when you all lose it you get more money sorry but this is getting out of hand now.
