dept feels it is not accountable to stop the gouging of taxpayers. this is a l948 law and is way way outdated and doesnt accept reality. america is overwhelmed with foregienrs. we dont have to invite them in anymore. they are here already. this dept is simply a make work dept that looks to keep its jobs and to keep gouging taxpayers to pay their high high overbearing fat cat bureaucratic salaries. these peiople couldnt even calculate costs withouit bringing in bills from deloitte to calculate for them - are they stupid or something or is it they just dont care how much they spend and how much they gouge from american taxpayers for a program that is so obsolete. this programs time is outlived. the fees calculated, btw, are so low that the taxpayers are still being gouged to pay for these leaches who come here at the invitation of fat cat bureaucrats. let them all start paying their own way. the taxpayers of this country h ave been gouged enough. this program should be totally shut down. if somebody needs to come here to discuss a treaty for this dept, that should be fully xplained to the media and the public, all the rest of these students, we should shut down that program entirely. we have plenty of students here already. we dont need more from this fat cat center of buraeucraatcy the state dept. and we certainly dont need growth in this dept with more fat cat hangers on bureaucrats to do more made up work. cut the budget to zero for this program. it stinks to high heaven and is way overdue to extinction from a l948 start. we want smaller govt. we want cheaper govt. these people simply dont get it.
