Comment on DOS-2011-0080-0001

One of the reasons, we as business owners, (small business owners) starting looking into J-1 Visa Students, is the continual lack of people in our own country who want to work. The J-1 Visa solves many problems for seasonal businesses, if you continue to add so called mandatory administrative duties to the employers they are not going to continue with the program. We hire people to make our businesses successful and to releave ourselves to do other duites. The more paperwork involved the less I want to do this program. Already, we the employers need to take them to SSA office and find housing for them. They seem sincerely happy to have a job and are here for the time specified. I would definitely sign up to do it again next summer but if you add continual paper work to me, maybe not.
