Mine is a question more than a comment. To schedule an appointment at the Consulate for a visa renovation first the payment is done through the website. Right now, (March 30) the price is 140 dlls. The appointments are being scheduled for dates AFTER April 13, when the prices will have changed. Will the applicant have to pay the difference? And if the answer is Yes, Where and how will this payment be done? The last time a change in price occurred, applicants were required to pay the difference at the Consulate on the day of their scheduled appointment. Now there are many applicants who are not being required to have an interview at the Consulate, and they only have picture and prints at the CAS. Thanks for your time.
