COMMENTS ON PROPOSED RULES, REGULATIONS OR AGENCY ACTIONS: Air pollution and water pollution in Korea can affect the United States, and vice versa. The industries in Korea and in other countries need to comply with the same regulations that are companies are complying with. Therefore, our companies will be on an equal playing field and it is easier for them to compete.
