As a travel agent with over 38 years of experiance, in the increasingly irritating field of travel, I cannot understand why anyone in any branch of Cobgress would not be for EACH and EVERY provision that would make the airlines accountable to the traveling public. Even I, a long time travel agent, refuse to travel unless absolutely necessary---think of what this hesitation does to our economy, each and every year.
