public comment on federal register of 10/29/07 vol 72 #208 pg 61196 dot office of secretary 07 28901 collection of information -attention david litman grants and coop with higher education institutions and non profits it is time to shut down this collection and the service entirely. it is costing too much. there is no need for this. to spend over 10,000 hours a year on this collection of information is ludicrous. let hospitals do their own research.
