Office of the Secretary, DOT Docket ID OST-2010-0118 I strongly encourage passage of the proposed rule. In particular, the current net worth limitation is unrealistically low ($750K) and has not been updated in more than 20 years. Thus, a significant number of economically disadvantaged companies are denied access to this program.
