United agrees with the recommended actions with one exception 386.67(a) As a carrier you must ensure that there is a priority space (eg a closet or a row of seats where a wheelchair may be strapped using a strap kit approved by the Federal Aviation Authority …..) United is requesting that the word ‘approved’ be replaced with ‘accepted’.
