Office of the Secretary of Transportation Docket# DOT-OST-2011-0107 Can you consider implementing or verify the following suggested stipulations. 1. Confirm the max awarded dollar limit for one single project in a Rural area per a Capital Improvement Project is up to 25% of $140 million for a State with no other awarded rural projects were approved. 2. The submittal of a previously completed NEPA Environmental Review(s) can not be disqualified due to the age of the report or its relation to a specific previous project but that the report providing the information required matches the same requirements for a new project being submitted. 3. The portion of the project that the match funding will pay for can be completed after Sept. 2013 when used to complete the last portion of construction if the project extends past the Sept 2013 date.
