This proposal is a great idea. Individuals with disabilities are entitled to the same accommodations as everyone else. They are equal contributors to the air carriers business and deserved to be treated as such. This proposal can also result in an increase in business profit. With more accommodations for individuals with disabilities, travels can also increase.
