If I read this news on April 1st I would say this was a great joke. I am a physician, an anesthesiologist taking care of patients with disabilities. I understand the idea behind treating people equally and discriminating against them due to their disability. The regulation being proposed is a joke. I hope people who proposed it made themselves complete idiots. I hope you get more comments of this kind and some activists in the agency will think twice about the regulations. After all, I do not allow a service animal ( miniature horse, dog, pot-bellied pig, or monkey into the operating room when I put my patients to sleep. Good gracious!
