Journey Lines is a Charter Bus operator in the Seattle, WA area. We only do Charter (On Demand) service. We operate one ADA equipped coach among our 18 coaches. We have accurate records for the time from October 1, 2011 until April 20, 2013. Oct 1.2011-Sept. 30, 2012--26 requests for ADA service Oct 1, 2012 -April 20, 2013--6 requests for ADA service We have been able to comply with every request for ADA service, including those that occurred within 48 hrs of service. We have had no reliability issues with our lift. The lift is serviced and is very reliable.
