Subject: EAC Docket Number EAC-2010-0025
These are my comments regarding NVRA, requested by EAC Public Meeting and Hearing Report (9/21/10).
Please let me know when action on these public comments is scheduled to be performed.
Combating voter fraud is one of the pillars of the Help America Vote Act of 2002.
A person having multiple residences in multiple states could and might register and vote in each state of residence (REAL VOTER FRAUD).
Nothing detects such fraud, to my knowledge.
Section 9428.4 ( 6 ) of NVRA requires the state voter identification number of the applicant.
The state voter identification number does not preclude or prevent registration and voting in multiple states by residents of multiple states.
A National Voter Identification Data Base would prevent such multiple voting.
A National Voter Identification Data Base should be created and used to prevent such REAL VOTER FRAUD.
Thank you for the opportunity to make public comments.
