the taxpayers of this country ae sickand tired of loaning tax dollars for education, which are never paid back. the people borrowing for education seem to think a loan is a gift and never pay back. the taxpayers are left holding the empty bag. i oppose "streamlining" regulations to make borrowing the money any easier. in fact all regulations shuold be made tighter so that no money is loaned to a bad risk. in fact i think no loans should be made for education. let those seeking an education work for the money to go to college. the taxpayers are tapped out and on the verge of bankruptcy. i do not think this agency will make a bit of different. i really dont think that this bureuacracy needs to get involved in teacher preparation. defund to zero the fund for "improvement of secondary education". this is a waste of tax dollars. defund to zero the president teaching fellowship spendign program. defund all funding for reforming "promise for completion". many will drop out of the arduous process of becing educated.
