If a school is not required to secure new GE program approval from ED, how does it get a new GE Program listed on its ECAR? Would it submit an Update e-app? If new program approval is not required, is it correct to assume that Title IV funds can be disbursed after approvals form the school's state licensing and accrediting approvals have been received? If yes, ist approval retroactive back to the beginning of the payment or enrollment period during which the final approval was granted?
