I agree with the proposed rule to implement the Regulations Under the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. The proposed rule will allow a more descriptive action to take place in the employment field as well as the insurance field. The discrimination that is happening to fellow americans while trying to find a job or find insurance due to health issues or genetics are growing more popular everyday. It will give people a better chance to get better coverage and the right medicine when they need it, more effective treatment will be available for those who do not have the best coverage when it comes to insurance. This proposed rule will allow the workplace to change their languages and restrictions that they have when new employees are trying to achieve new positions. The proposed rule would be one to pass to help the common working man achieve thieir goals of acquiring insurance and employment due to their genetics and health history.
