I fully agree with the amendments proposed in the pending regulation. No doubt those top companies will have enough finances to improve the standards of their machinery if they don't already meet the regulations. Investing in energy-saving devices is an investment for the future anyway. and will provide corporations a higher standard of research, development, and production.
