It is nearly Impossible to Insatll a 90% Efficiant Gas Furnace inside of Multi Family Housing units due to the requirements of a Gas Flue exiting a building can not be near windows are doors. As well as the corrosive elements contained in the condenced water that will be expelled from the flue will in most cases run onto roofing matterials and then into aluminum or copper gutters and ruin them way before there life expectancy. The difficulty in complrting this type of Instalation will also be cost prohibative for Multi Family Property owners. Please consider all of the complications accotiated with all types of Instalations and locations of these 90% efficiant furnaces in older buildings. I am all about saving energy but it is Imposible in some older buildings and most multi family units. this is a Great Idea for new construction multi famaily units.
