I have read the public notce on the COI for the competitiveness report. This is a gross underestimate of the time it takes to complete this form. You have estimated three minutes (0.05 hour) for a lengthy which requires the assemble and review of several document. It would take more than three minutes to complete the changes listed in the summary. I believe it would take more than three minutes to read the questions and that does not include the assembly of data to complete the form. Your work is inconsistent with PRA 95.
