BLEEDING AMERICAN TAXPAYERS SO MEXICAN OIL COMPANIES CAN NOT COME UP WITH THEIR OWN MONEY MAKES NO SENSE TO ME. ITS TIME TO STOP BLEEDING AMERICAN TAXPAYERS WITH SUCH HIGH TAXES. LET MEXICO OIL COMPANIES COME UP WITH THEIR OWN MONEY AND BORROW IT FROM CARLOS SLIM IF THEY HAVE TO.
