I would like to take a moment to thank the EPA for its dedication to the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. It is my stand that EPA is in the right to mandate the equal treatment of all citizens regardless of age and gender because the activities in question are funded by the EPA; this not only upholds the tradition of the agency but encourages the spirit of commitment and discipline that comes through consistency and accountability. What I hope to accomplish with my comment is to inform the EPA that there are those of the younger generation that appreciates the effort going in to keeping this rule in place not only for my parents but for myself and others I love and care very much for, knowledge is power and to be able to help myself by being aware of this regulation also aids me to be able to afford the help to others.
