ublic coment on federal register of 10/24/07 vol 72 #205 pg 60358 epa docket 2007 0408 frl 8486-9 regulatory pilot program omb 2010-0026 attention gerald filbin the pilot programs are not working well since epa is approving eveyrthing that comes before it, even when the profiteers lie about how safe the products are. it is time that epa has to check everything and maybe taking the money to do the tests rather than allowing profiteers to do their own tests might produce more truth and safety in what is getting approved for sale in the us these days. the poisonous products that are being sold in the us today are killing americans. the pilot program is not working. b. sachau 1 5 elm st florham park nj 07932
