The cement kilns and other industries in the Midlothian, Texas area south, and upwind, of Dallas-Fort Worth, continue to burn various contaminated hydrocarbons. The state has utterly failed to regulate these and curtail the toxic smoke. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality reports, some of which I have read recently, are a joke at talking around the subject and recommending and doing nothing. We are now dependent on the EPA doing something about this serious air quality hazard. Please act!
