My names is Trisha Lovgren. I am a 31 year old american citizen born and raised in the small town of Shelton, Washington. Right now many in my community including myself are working hard to keep a proposed biomass "incinerator" (boiler) out of our community. We have had many scientists speak to us about the latest research on Particulate Matter dangers and we have come to the conclusion that present EPA standards for Particulate Matter and such are not strong enough. I urge you to go ahead with the new proposed rules which would categorize biomass boilers as incinerators which they surely are and to also make particulate matter standards tighter. Do it for the people of your country and especially for the most vulnerable of our community such as children, the elderly, and those who battle disease. Thank you.
