re federal register of 2/13/06 vol 71 #29 pg 7494 rin 2060-am90 frl 8008-3 40 cfr part 63 oar 2002-0088 ea available on this - please send me a copy. i oppose lowering any standards for these plants. the health of the citizens of this country is of paramount importance and of far greater importance than what small mfg plants want - the right to pollute with impunity. i simply dont trust this govt agency - this is the agency that told us the air around world trade center site was ok to breathe. it is clear this agency these days is in the grip of polluters and not interested in the health of the citizens of the united states. this could be connected with the big mfg interests in washington dc. .b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
