I find this proposal to be woefully inadequate and a waste of taxpayer money. The average annual fine particulate matter limit must be reduced for there to be any significant change in air quality. To reject the EPA Scientists' own recommendations based on the opinion of one political appointee is an insult to Americans and puts the health of many people unnecessarily at risk.
