The Truck and Engine Manufacturers Association submits the attached comments regarding the NSR and PSD defintions and methods related to PM. As applied to stationary engines, it is critical that the defintion and test methods used to measure and report PM, PM2.5, and PM10 be consistent with the defintion and test methods used in the applicable NSPS standards.
