The Natural Resources Defense Council, Environmental Integrity Project, GHASP Mothers for Clean Air, and Industry Professionals for Clean Air submit the attached request for a 30-day extension of the comment period in response to EPA’s November 10, 2008 supplemental notice to the Proposed Rule: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Petroleum Refineries, published at 73 Federal Register 66,694. The above listed organizations write to request that EPA extend by thirty (30) days—until January 9, 2009—the period for comments on the proposed rule identified above.
