It is unacceptable for a U.S. agency to pander to industry and lobbying that promote the continued air pollution and related lung diseases. It is time for the EPA to do it's job and protect the environment rather than the profits of polluting corporations. In order to do this, the EPA needs to lower acceptable annual emissions levels and require corporations to invest in methods to reduce pollution overall in the long term.
